Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping or related services.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for installation projects beyond the Maintenance book.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and value.
• Negotiate and close contracts in line with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Manage relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
• Ensure smooth transition to operations post-sale and maintain client satisfaction.
