BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive growth by identifying and securing small-scale installation contracts. The role blends sales expertise with industry knowledge to expand the client base, increase revenue, and ensure client satisfaction through strong relationship management.

The position requires 3–5 years in B2B sales within related industries, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales in landscaping, construction, property management, or related services.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices and project management fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and profitability goals.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligned with pricing standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
• Transition installation projects to maintenance teams and serve as the sales cycle contact.
• Stay informed on market conditions and represent BrightView at industry events.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to ensure accurate proposals.
