Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Maintenance Install Business Developer to drive new growth in landscape installation. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building proposals, and closing contracts with a strong emphasis on client value and profitability.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in B2B sales, knowledge of landscape practices, and solid CRM/Microsoft Office skills. Local travel and office-based work are expected in Hilton Head area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related services.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management fundamentals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and highlighting company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligned with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
