Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related services.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices; strong sales and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for installation projects outside the maintenance book.
• Develop proposals and presentations addressing client needs and company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligned with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth handoff to operations post-sale.
