Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for landscape construction and installation projects. This role balances sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base and increase revenue.

You will generate opportunities through prospecting and networking, manage a robust pipeline for installations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping/related service industries.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management fundamentals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and profitability.
• Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with pricing standards.
