BrightView Landscapes in San Antonio seeks a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for small-scale landscape installation projects. This role balances sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base and increase revenue.

The role collaborates with estimating, operations, and project management to craft proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth handoff to maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales in landscaping, construction, or related service industries.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, installation practices, and project management fundamentals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for installation projects beyond the maintenance book.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and profitability.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligned with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to ensure accurate proposals and delivery.
