Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage staff, resources, and workflows to achieve financial and operational targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include process improvement, team development, labor forecasting, procurement, and KPI reporting using BrightPath and Power BI. A background in landscaping/construction and strong communication skills are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or business-related field; equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License preferred.
• MS Office Suite proficiency and company systems (FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR).
• Experience with mobile apps and field communications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage staff, resources, and workflows to hit financial and operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster cross-department collaboration.
• Forecast labor needs, monitor expenses, and allocate resources to meet targets
• Source products, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track KPIs and leverage BrightPath, Power BI, and other tools for decisions.
• Lead and coordinate operational projects to align with branch growth.
