Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Texas is seeking an Enhancement Manager to schedule and direct personnel toward high‑quality, cost‑effective enhancement services for clients. The EM supports Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and may sell enhancement services with or without base maintenance contracts.

The EM oversees a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, training and developing crews with hands-on scheduling, safety coaching, and performance

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum; PLANET certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership within an organization, landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with Account Managers.
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before service to prepare a specific action plan for service.
• Understand irrigation systems, identify repairs or adjustments, and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape for insects or disease and address accordingly.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Train and develop employees with day-to-day guidance and safety training.
• Maintain and enforce safety policies and standards across crews.
• Manage administrative systems (time sheets, job databases, service schedules).
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries; process purchase orders per guidelines.
• Support Branch Manager with enhancement sales tasks as needed.
