Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Sarasota, FL seeks an Enhancement Manager to lead scheduling and deployment of enhancement services for a multi-service portfolio. You will support Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and drive sales of enhancement services alongside base maintenance contracts.

You will oversee training and development of crews, coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (min 2 years) in a business-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service, management, and leadership experience in landscaping or related field.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes).

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before service to prepare an action plan.
• Understand irrigation systems and communicate recommendations for repairs or adjustments.
• Monitor landscape, identify insect or disease problems.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet schedules.
• Enforce BrightView policies on upkeep, maintenance, and equipment use.
• Assist Branch Manager in staffing and daily crew schedules.
• Ensure proper paperwork for employee changes and hires.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; provide growth plans.
