Job summary

BrightView Landscape Services is hiring an Enhancement Manager to lead landscape enhancement teams and direct resources for quality, cost-effective services. You’ll assist Account Managers with estimating, design, and client meetings, and you may sell enhancements with or without base maintenance contracts.

You’ll oversee a commercial portfolio and develop crew members through hands-on training. The role emphasizes safety, budget control, scheduling, and operational guidance to ensure top-tier

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2 year degree in a business related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace, including at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes).

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including materials, people, equipment and subcontractors to ensure quality work.
• Inspect properties prior to service to prepare a specific action plan.
• Understand irrigation systems, identify repairs or adjustments, and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor safety, quality, and outcomes after services and address issues.
• Assist with hands-on work to meet scheduling demands when needed.
• Support branch operations by enforcing BrightView policies and procedures for equipment upkeep.
• Work with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs and prepare daily crew schedules.
• Complete paperwork for employee changes and hires and support growth of crew.
• Provide hands-on training, safety instruction and pruning/technique guidance to crews.
