Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead and optimize enhancement services, coordinating materials, crews, and subcontractors to deliver quality work for clients. The role supports Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and may pursue upselling opportunities beyond base maintenance contracts.

The EM will supervise multiple service teams, train staff, and ensure safety, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (min 2 years) in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes) required.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before service to prepare a specific action plan.
• Understand irrigation systems, identify repairs, and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape for insect or disease problems.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Enforce BrightView policies and equipment procedures.
• Assist Branch Manager in staffing and daily crew schedules.
• Ensure proper paperwork for employee changes and hires.
