Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Manager to coordinate personnel and resources for high-quality, cost-effective enhancement services. You will support Account Managers with estimating, design, and client meetings, and may sell services with or without base maintenance contracts.

You will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, train and develop staff, handle scheduling, safety, and budgeting, and ensure accurate paperwork and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (min 2 years) in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes) required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before service to prepare a specific action plan.
• Identify and communicate irrigation repair needs and recommendations.
• Monitor landscape for insect or disease issues and report findings.
