Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead and direct crews in delivering quality enhancement services to clients, while supporting account managers in estimating, design, and client meetings.

You will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio, train and develop staff, manage scheduling and safety, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to staff effectively and control costs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (2+ years) in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience; PLANET Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct personnel and resources toward providing quality, cost-effective enhancement services.
• Support Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings; promote enhancement services.
• Oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams; train and develop staff.
