Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead crews, schedule work, and manage resources for high‑quality, cost‑effective enhancement services.

You will support Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, oversee a portfolio of landscapes, train crews, and ensure safety and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, field supervision, and the ability to coordinate materials, subcontractors, and daily schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum 2 years) in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes)

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before scheduled service to prepare a specific action plan.
• Understand irrigation systems, identify repairs or adjustments, and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape health and identify insect or disease problems.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Lead safety, training, and adherence to BrightView policies.
