Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Manager to schedule and direct teams delivering quality enhancement services to clients. You will support Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and may sell services with or without base maintenance contracts.

You will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and train crews. You will work with Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire, schedule, ensure paperwork, and develop growth plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum 2 years) in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes).

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before scheduled service to prepare a specific action plan.
• Identify irrigation system repairs or adjustments and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape for issues such as pests or diseases.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Enforce BrightView policies and safety procedures for equipment and maintenance.
• Assist Branch Manager in staffing, hiring, and daily crew scheduling.
• Complete paperwork for employee changes and hires.
• Counsel, train, and develop employees with growth plans.
• Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality standards.
