Horizon Distributors, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers, understand needs, and guide product selections at our Washington sales center. You will upsell solutions, collaborate with teammates, and process orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked area and supporting warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend product solutions, upsell options, and items to make jobs easier and more profitable.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize company resources to sell Horizon's value and provide the best service.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and solicit additional business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and timely.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
