Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-service attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Good computer and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers, understanding needs and challenges.
• Recommend product solutions, upsell options and accessories.
• Collaborate with teammates to use all company resources for best service.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers with loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to generate new business.
• Resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
