Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and support sales growth with customers and prospects.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail/wholesale, strong customer service, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers in person, by phone, or online.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs; process orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while ensuring safety.
