Horizon Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to empower customers in building and growing landscape businesses.

This role is the face of the sales center, handling walk-ins, phone orders, and will-call service with a focus on exceptional service and a positive attitude. You will greet customers, recommend solutions, upsell, and load merchandise while coordinating with team members to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-service orientation and ability to upsell products.
• Clear spoken and written communication; comfortable with phone, walk-in, and online orders.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment serving business owners with urgent needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with team to present Horizon's value and deliver excellent service.
• Prepare sales orders and help customers select and load merchandise.
• Conduct follow-up calls to generate new opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
