Qualifications

• Good computer and record-keeping skills; comfortable with handheld technology and evolving systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (up to 20 pounds typical).
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Irrigation experience or landscape product knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell to improve customers' profitability.
• Collaborate with team using company resources to sell Horizon's value.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers with loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and generate business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
