Job summary

Horizon Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Menlo Park, CA to greet customers, recommend products, and process orders in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team to deliver exceptional service and help customers grow their landscape businesses.

Responsibilities include handling walk-ins and calls, upselling, loading merchandise, and following up with opportunities. OSHA-safe, team-oriented, and detail-minded candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Eagerly greet walk-in and phone customers and understand needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with team and use company resources to present Horizon’s value.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and solicit business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and timely.
• Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
