SiteOne Landscape Supply in Tampa, FL is hiring a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver the best possible experience to our commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

You will demonstrate exceptional service, cultivate strong relationships, assist with questions in person or online, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and help drive sales while embracing new technologies and branch initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape, nursery, or irrigation product knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions in person, via phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
