SiteOne Landscape Supply in Florida is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences for commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders, build strong customer relationships, and help grow sales through proactive service.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online.
• Respond to and resolve more complex questions as experience grows.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
• May assist in onboarding/training of new associates.
• Coach and assist less experienced staff to meet customer service goals.
