Horizon Distributors, Inc. / POOLCORP is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet walk-in and phone customers, share product knowledge, and provide recommendations that help landscape businesses grow.

As the face of the sales center, you will handle orders, upsell, and ensure excellent service while maintaining a well-stocked, organized space. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer-service attitude and clear communication.
• Able to lift and move items up to 75 pounds; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with team and use company resources to sell Horizon's value.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and solicit business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales center and assist in warehouse duties.
