POOLCORP's Horizon location in Phoenix is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for walk‑in and phone customers, helping landscape professionals select products, answer questions, and deliver exceptional service. You will greet customers, upsell solutions, prepare sales orders, assist with loading merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized sales center.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and utilize all company resources to sell Horizon’s value and deliver best possible service and experience.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Make follow‑up calls to potential and existing customers to introduce opportunities and solicit additional business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized, well‑stocked sales center.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
