Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Avon, OH seeks a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks on client sites and supervise 2-5 team members, ensuring safety, efficiency and BrightView quality.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, BrightView equipment certifications, and landscape field experience. You will manage equipment, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and contribute to a productive, safety-conscious team environment.

• Willingness to operate outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and safely operate vehicles.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and crew.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and time logging.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and EDVIR checks.
