Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a crew of 2-5 team members, ensuring safe, efficient work and adherence to BrightView’s quality standards across maintenance, installation, irrigation, and color management.

The role requires demonstrated leadership, landscape experience, and a valid driver license. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership among the team and peers.
• Experience in landscape-related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape operations at client sites.
• Manage a crew of 2-5 team members.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView quality standards.
• Supervise service lines including maintenance and installation.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on day-to-day site needs.
• Maintain safety policies and report issues promptly.
