Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites and manage a 2–5 member crew to meet BrightView quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, mentoring crew members, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on all tasks.

The role requires leadership experience in a landscape setting, a valid driver license, and BrightView equipment certifications.

Qualifications

BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
Experience in a landscape-related field.
Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager.
Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Deliver services as specified on client sites.
Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew members.
Develop and train crew members with Operations Manager.
Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
