Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to supervise and guide a 2-5 person crew on client sites. You will ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView and client quality standards.

Role requires operating various landscape vehicles, maintaining daily workflows, and coordinating with the Operations Manager. Outdoor environment, snow plow experience, and BrightView certifications are valued assets. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience leading a crew is highly desirable.
• Prior snow plowing experience is a must.
• BrightView Equipment certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and secure equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Perform equipment maintenance and log time entries.
