Park West seeks an Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of landscape properties in Las Vegas. You will lead field staff, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio profitability.

Strong communication and decision-making are essential to coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and quality control across all accounts. In this role, you will hire and train staff, monitor performance, and conduct regular site walks with clients.

• Ability to manage budgets across multiple accounts.

• Primary contact for assigned maintenance customers and agreements.
• Manage budgets to meet branch financial goals and service levels.
• Organize staff hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
• Schedule workforce and optimize crew productivity and hours.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, dispatch, and equipment management.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate labor coding.
• Attend job walks with customers and monthly portfolio reviews.
• Participate in after-hours customer board meetings when needed.
• Close open work orders and maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure adherence to Plant Health program guidelines.
