The role blends operations, sales, and horticultural expertise in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on leadership and team development. Experience in landscape management and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape account or operations management.
• Strong horticultural knowledge and technical landscape maintenance skills.
• Valid and clean Driver's License.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for landscape maintenance clients.
• Develop proposals, enhancements, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate services from proposal to execution with precision.
• Lead crews to ensure productivity, safety, and quality.
• Monitor budgets and assist with job costing and billing records.
