You will manage client relationships, ensuring quality, profitability, and satisfaction, while leading production teams in the field. This role blends operations, sales, and horticultural expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining sales volume, presenting to clients, scheduling, and coordinating with crews and administration to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in the landscape field.
• Solid knowledge of landscape terminology, plants, and installation techniques.
• Experience as a client representative, production coordinator, or crew leader is preferred.
• Understanding of Mariani's maintenance approach and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction while providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales volume by tracking client needs and trends; grow sales with new leads.
• Lead and present to maintenance clients; manage meetings and walkthroughs.
• Serve as primary contact for current and prospective clients.
• Oversee weekly maintenance and enhancement work to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with production and administrative teams to keep projects current.
