BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales, and you will supervise field operations.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities for enhancement services, developing accurate estimates, and delivering compelling bid proposals while coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork in a field-based landscape team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet service delivery and quality standards.
• Lead site walkthroughs with clients to review expectations and progress.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain accurate client records.
