BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, promote ancillary services, and oversee field operations with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

The role involves regular site visits, coordinating with the Operations Manager, and leading efforts to meet branch goals and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Experience in landscaping industry or local market preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet service delivery expectations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
