Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and to build long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. The role oversees field operations and coordinates with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

You will identify opportunities to upsell enhancement services, develop estimates, deliver proposals, and drive client renewals while supervising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention and ancillary sales.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Maintain strong client relations and conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service standards.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations and maintains margins.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews for the portfolio.
