BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building lasting relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and additional sales. You will oversee field operations and coordinate with the branch leadership to ensure service excellence.

The role focuses on growing ancillary services, delivering accurate estimates, and maintaining strong client relations through site visits and proactive issue resolution, including

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relations with clients across all pertinent contacts.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of client concerns or issues (land and/or snow).
• Ensure timely account renewals within the assigned client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations (land and/or snow).
• Schedule regular site visits with the Operations Manager for quality reviews and to ensure client expectations are met (land and/or snow).
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews for the assigned portfolio.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure branch financial goals are met by maintaining gross margins for base work and ancillary services.
