Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, acting as the primary contact and overseeing field operations. You will foster long-term client relationships, pursue ancillary service opportunities, and ensure service quality and renewals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between job sites while coordinating with the branch management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and promote satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bids and designs for enhancement projects
• Maintain client communications and site walkthroughs to meet service expectations
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Support hiring, training and coaching of field crews
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely account renewals
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist in branch leadership meetings
