Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, oversee field operations, and coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

You will identify growth opportunities, develop and present proposals, and mentor field crews to maintain high standards. A strong emphasis on communication and leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term relations with clients.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met.
• Lead and resolve client concerns or issues.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the portfolio.
• Promote safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to meet service delivery expectations.
• Maintain client records and notes in the CRM system.
