Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and driving client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. This role oversees field operations and coordinates with the branch team.

You will identify opportunities to upsell services, develop accurate estimates, deliver proposals, supervise field crews, and ensure service delivery meets expectations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent customer-focused experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership in landscaping or related markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and relay leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across contact points.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
• Lead the resolution of client concerns or issues (land and/or snow).
• Ensure timely account renewals within the assigned portfolio.
• Address site enhancement needs during client visits.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Schedule regular site visits with Operations Manager for quality reviews.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain client records and notes in the CRM system.
• Monitor accounts receivable levels for the portfolio.
