Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, overseeing field operations and sustaining high client satisfaction.

In this role you will develop upsell opportunities, prepare estimates, deliver proposals, and lead site visits with clients. Travel to sites and leadership of field crews are expected to maintain service quality and margins.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary landscape enhancement services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage site visits
• Lead resolution of client concerns and ensure service expectations are met
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets/exceeds expectations
• Oversee hiring, training, and coaching of field crews
• Maintain CRM records and monitor accounts receivable
