Job summary

Sperber Landscape Companies in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, nurture relationships, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with production crews.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage onboarding and service delivery, monitor contract performance, address billing and renewal needs, and identify opportunities for ancillary landscaping services to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of landscape maintenance or client-facing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Oversee production Crew Leaders and coordinate job execution.
• Schedule work, monitor performance, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle contracts, renewals, and client feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on sales and profitability.
