Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in landscape maintenance or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee production Crew Leaders and scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
• Lead ancillary sales by identifying and proposing Safety, Functionality, and Aesthetic services.
• Provide leadership to crews and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare renewal proposals and review contracts to secure renewals and price adjustments.
