Job summary

Premier Service is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Chicagoland area. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, serve as the primary client liaison, and focus on building long-term relationships while driving revenue through upselling and retention.

This role requires strong industry knowledge, organization, and relationship management skills, with regular site visits and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred).
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals.
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration.
