Job summary

Premier Service is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Chicagoland area. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, serving as the primary client liaison to ensure service excellence and revenue growth through upselling and retention.

You will conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to deliver quality work. The role requires strong relationship management, organization, and knowledge of landscape services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred).
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals.
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
