Premier Service is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Chicagoland area. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, serving as the primary client liaison to drive revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include site visits, proposals, and coordinating with operations to ensure quality service delivery. Requires 3+ years in account management, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Local travel and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred).
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals.
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration.
