Schill Grounds Management is seeking an Account Manager/Client Care Specialist in the Loveland, OH area. You will manage client accounts, drive retention and enhancement sales, and coordinate with production staff to deliver quality landscape services.

This role includes winter responsibilities with the snow operations team and a focus on customer satisfaction and growth opportunities for client investments.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and meet with new and existing clients to sell contracts.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for presentation to clients.
• Make daily client site visits and regular phone contact for satisfaction.
• Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders with a planned approach.
• Offer additional services to educate and grow the landscape portfolio.
• Schedule activities and review progress with Branch Manager and Operations teams.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
