Job summary

Colleague in Irving, TX is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to bridge clients, garden teams, and leadership. You will serve as the primary contact for residential landscape accounts, visit properties, and ensure high quality service.

You’ll build lasting client relationships, communicate recommendations clearly, coordinate with field crews to meet schedules, and help design seasonal planting and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, and seasonal care.
• Excellent communication skills with high-end clients.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
• Willingness to work outdoors across the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residential landscape clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular property visits and evaluate landscapes.
• Coordinate with field crews to meet standards and schedule.
• Identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain property notes, service records, and preferences.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to clients.
• Develop seasonal planting and maintenance plans.
• Ensure properties meet company standards.
• Represent Colleague professionally at all times.
