Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in landscaping.
• 3+ years of experience with landscape, irrigation, or project management.
• Degree in horticulture or landscape-related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year record.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality landscape services.
• Communicate clearly with clients to meet their needs.
• Oversee services, materials, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Plan and manage bids and proposals to grow market share.
• Promote safety, provide training, and develop the team.
• Recruit, hire, and schedule crews with Operations Manager.
• Manage payroll, paperwork, and performance evaluations.
• Track inventory, costs, and material orders.
