Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Forest Park, GA seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will cultivate long-term relationships, oversee field operations, and drive ancillary sales while managing service delivery and renewals.

Responsibilities include developing proposals, coordinating with Operations, mentoring field crews, and maintaining client records. Travel to job sites and meetings is expected as part of day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Institutional education in business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee field operations.
• Ensure timely account renewals and coordinate with Branch Manager for service delivery.
• Lead site visits, address client concerns, and maintain CRM records.
• Promote safety policies and help achieve branch financial goals.
