Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Account Manager in Chantilly, VA to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and to oversee field operations. You will nurture long-term relationships, promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.

Responsibilities include pursuing enhancement opportunities, delivering proposals, maintaining client relations, and coordinating with the Branch Manager to ensure service delivery and branch goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee field operations.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
